ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2004 and is a close-knit team of four backed by over 36 years of experience with State Farm. Before becoming an agent, I worked in auto claims at the corporate level, which helped shape a strong understanding of how to best support our customers.
Im a graduate of Rutgers University, married with two kids, and enjoy spending time outdoors and traveling.
We stay actively involved in the community, especially supporting youth-focused initiatives like back-to-school drives, holiday events, and career day programs.

As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Lisa Craddock - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
