Summary/Objective:

This position is primarily responsible for entering purchase orders from customers and verifying accuracy through the verify queue.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Monitoring customer orders via business system
2. Ability to learn general knowledge of multiple product lines.
3. Performs all other responsibilities as may be assigned by management.
4. Demonstrates ability to give excellent customer service, internally or externally

Essential Functions:

1. Auditing POs received from customers against our business system
2. Monitoring and Entering POs received from customers and/or our business system
3. Pulling and completing Reports when necessary
4. Pulling prints and BOMs for pricing or coordinate with internal pricing team to learn price
5. Ability to learn general product line knowledge

Working Conditions:

• Primarily working indoors, office environment.
• May sit for several hours at a time.
• Prolonged exposure to computer screens.
• Repetitive use of hands to operate computers, printers, and copiers.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. Ability to work and make decisions independently and in groups.
3. Ability to comprehend and follow verbal and written instructions.
4. Demonstrates high sense of urgency
5. Possess follow-up and follow through skills -- must be tenacious and persistent
6. Detail oriented and demonstrated ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
7. Strong verbal and written communication skills combined with PC literacy (Microsoft Office applications) and problem-solving skills.

Supervisory Responsibility:

This role does not have any supervisory responsibility upon hiring.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time hourly position.

Travel:

Travel is minimal and could be expected during training periods, local only.

Preferred Education and Experience:

Experience in D365 and Customer Service

Work Authorization/Security Clearance:
