Job description

Lion Insurance Company is seeking a Certificate Specialist to join our team in our Holiday, FL office! Performing clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering questions from clients
  • Receiving information from clients to be entered into a database
  • Performing administrative tasks including opening, sorting, and mailing correspondence
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Performing all other office tasks as required by management

Qualifications:​​​

  • High School Diploma
  • Proficient Typing skills (65+ words a minute preferred)
  • Ability to multitask
