About the RoleWe're seeking a self-starter Administrative Assistant who can multitask, stay organized, and provide excellent support to both clients and internal team members.
ResponsibilitiesAnswer incoming calls and route messages appropriately
Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
Schedule appointments and manage calendars
Process payments accurately
Perform data entry and maintain organized records
Assist clients with forms and documentation
Scan and copy documents for clients and internal staff
Support attorneys and team members with administrative tasks
Other duties as assigned
Previous customer service experience is a plus
Previous office or administrative experience is a plus
A positive, energetic attitude is essential — attitude is everything
