About the Organization

At Therapy Link Solutions, our mission is to provide exceptional rehabilitation services that foster improved functionality and overall quality of life for our residents. We are a renowned provider within the skilled nursing sector, committed to creating a nurturing and supportive environment for our clients and staff alike. Our Early Interventional Center is designed to cater specifically to those needing early rehabilitation, and we pride ourselves on our innovative approaches and compassionate care.

Our center is equipped with state-of-the-art therapy tools and technology to enable the best possible therapeutic outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed assessments of each residentโ€™s physical, cognitive, and emotional capabilities, identifying their unique needs and goals.
  • Develop and implement customized treatment plans that address specific challenges faced by residents, utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic interventions.
  • Engage residents in a variety of therapeutic activities designed to enhance their daily living skills and promote their overall independence.
  • Collaborate closely with nurses, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive and integrated approach to resident care.
  • Document resident progress meticulously and adjust treatment plans as necessary to reflect changing needs and conditions.
  • Provide education and support to residents, their families, and caregivers on effective strategies to reinforce therapy goals outside of sessions.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and professional standards to uphold the integrity and quality of our care services.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be working with elderly residents who require occupational therapy to regain or maintain their independence. Many residents may be recovering from surgeries, managing chronic illnesses, or adapting to the effects of aging. The therapeutic modalities you implement will be essential for improving their daily living activities and emotional health.

Qualifications
  • Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in the state of California.
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from a program accredited by the appropriate accrediting body.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferred, as this will enhance your ability to provide quality care in our specialized environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively connect with residents and team members alike.

Therapy Link Solutions offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 annually, reflecting our commitment to attracting and retaining top talent in the field. Our benefits package includes:

  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans to support your wellness.

  • Paid time off (PTO) and holiday pay to ensure work-life balance.
  • Continuing education opportunities to enhance your professional skills and expertise.
  • A supportive work environment that prioritizes teamwork and collaboration.
