The Lindy Group is looking for an experienced Diesel Truck Mechanic to join its team at its Union City, PA shop.About Lindy:Widely recognized as the Tri-State area's largest and most successful paving contractor and asphalt manufacturerRanked as a Top 100 Contractor by Engineering New Record as part of the PJ Dick-Trumbull-Lindy Group family of construction companiesVoted one of Pittsburgh's "Best Places to Work" multiple times Family-owned, Family of Companies whose core values are Safety, Quality, Integrity, Family, and Community.We offer union wages with top-notch, company-sponsored healthcare benefits, including medical, dental, and vision.Primary Function:Diagnose and repair commercial diesel trucks.Typical Duties:Maintain, diagnose, and repair on-road commercial trucks.Prepare and complete service documentation.Provide support to other mechanics and heavy equipment personnel.Work in a safe manner and maintain a clean, safe work environment.Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience:At least three (3) years of experience as a diesel mechanic or heavy construction equipment mechanic (or a diploma from a trade school as a diesel mechanic).
