This full-time position offers an annual salary range of USD 100,000 – 120,000, along with comprehensive benefits. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by physicians to assess their physical abilities and rehabilitation needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices to effectively address patient injuries and conditions.
  • Utilize a variety of therapeutic exercises, modalities, and interventions to enhance patient recovery, ensuring adherence to physician protocols.
  • Facilitate engaging patient education sessions to encourage adherence to treatment plans, and empower patients in their recovery journey.
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service, fostering a welcoming environment for all patients and their families.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes, sharing insights and outcomes based on ongoing assessments.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Limber, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, including individuals with orthopedic injuries, neurological conditions, pediatric concerns, and sports medicine-related issues. Your role will focus on understanding each patient's unique circumstances and tailoring your approach to meet their specific recovery goals.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Current and valid state license in Physical Therapy.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with patients, families, and team members.
  • Proficiency in electronic health records and computer applications relevant to therapy documentation and patient care management.
Preferred Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting, with demonstrated knowledge in various therapy disciplines.
  • Experience with evidence-based therapeutic practices, especially in a multi-disciplinary environment.
  • A background in working with diverse patient demographics and flexibility in treating various conditions.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, supplemented by comprehensive benefits, including:
