Lil Vic

Lil Vic is looking for an Assistant General Manager to help with the opening of a new wood fired French bistro set in a 126 year old victorian farm house. This position will work hand in hand with the Chef/GM/Owner, to develop service standards, put systems in place for staff, craft a beverage program based on the French country bistro concept, and hire and develop staff.
