Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients to establish their specific rehabilitation needs and goals.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that integrate various therapeutic modalities, with a focus on orthopedic outpatient care.
  • Utilize advanced manual therapy techniques and exercise prescription strategies to enhance patient function.
  • Monitor and document patient progress regularly using EMR software, specifically WebPT, to ensure precise and up-to-date records.
  • Educate patients on non-surgical alternatives and lifestyle modifications to support their rehabilitation journey.
  • Foster a positive and motivating environment to encourage patient adherence to treatment protocols.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of treatment interventions and make necessary adjustments to care plans.
  • Participate actively in a culture of continuous improvement through feedback and professional development initiatives.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse range of patients, including athletes recovering from sports injuries, individuals rehabilitating after surgeries, and clients seeking improvements in mobility due to chronic conditions. Our patient-centered approach emphasizes strong communication and collaboration to develop tailored care that meets the unique needs of each individual.

Qualifications
  • A completed Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) program from an accredited institution.
  • An active and unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the state of California, with a clean record free of sanctions or board proceedings.
  • Exceptional skills in various manual therapy modalities, demonstrating a patient-focused approach to treatment.
  • Proficiency in EMR systems, particularly WebPT, to ensure seamless documentation and patient tracking.
  • A solid foundation in current evidence-based physical therapy techniques and methods.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience in an outpatient setting, particularly within orthopedic rehabilitation.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective exercise programs tailored to diverse patient populations.
  • Experience with specialized rehabilitation techniques that enhance functional independence.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
