We specialize in new construction, remodels, and smart home installs, and we’re proud of our collaborative, respectful work culture. No mandatory overtime. No jobsite drama. Just a solid crew doing excellent work—and getting home at a reasonable hour.
What You’ll Do:
  • Install full residential electrical systems to NEC and local code.
  • Interpret and work from blueprints.
  • Lead and train apprentices on job sites.
  • Coordinate with general contractors and other trades.
  • Keep your vehicle and inventory organized.
  • Communicate material needs to the office.
  • Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites.
  • Take progress photos and documentation.
  • Collect customer payments when needed.
  • Represent Lighthouse with honesty and courtesy.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Active Kentucky Journeyman Electrician License.
  • 4+ years of residential construction experience.
  • Strong code knowledge and blueprint fluency.
  • Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
  • Commitment to quality, not just speed.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Team-first mentality and a positive attitude.
  • Punctual, dependable, and organized.

Job Type: Full-time.
Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour.
