Responsibilities

Client Assistance: Provide exemplary service by answering inquiries and addressing concerns from policyholders professionally and efficiently.

Communication Management: Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, emails, and instant messages.

Insurance Processes: Help clients understand insurance processes, policies, coverage, and effectively assist with claims and renewals.

Problem Solving: Resolve policyholder issues through thorough analysis and devising suitable solutions.

Documenting Actions: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, documenting details of inquiries and resolutions.

Feedback Contribution: Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process to drive continuous improvement.


Requirements

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience: Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance industry.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Problem-Solving: Ability to assess and address customer needs efficiently and effectively.

Tech Savvy: Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.

Customer Focus: A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and solving customer issues.

Team Player: Capability to work collaboratively within a team-focused environment.

Flexibility: Willingness to learn new things and adapt to changes in the work environment.

Willingness to pass the state licensing test.
