Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Lightfully, your responsibilities will include:

• Building rapport with clients to establish a trusting therapeutic relationship.
• Conducting thorough assessments to diagnose mental health disorders, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Creating and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and circumstances.
• Facilitating regular therapy sessions, both individual and group, to support clients in their treatment journey.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
