Position Overview

Lifetime View Counseling, LLC is seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our innovative mental health team. This full-time position is performed remotely, allowing counselors to provide vital therapeutic support in a flexible setting. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices to address a broad spectrum of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring alignment with their unique goals and circumstances.
  • Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute distress, safeguarding their well-being while applying appropriate therapeutic techniques.
  • Maintain accurate, secure, and confidential client records in adherence to HIPAA regulations and other applicable laws.
  • Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to coordinate integrated care and wrap-around support for clients, including liaising with medical and educational professionals.
  • Participate in continuous professional development and training initiatives to enhance skills and adapt to evolving best practices in mental health counseling.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clientele primarily consists of individuals, couples, and families seeking support for various mental health challenges. Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field; a Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a pertinent discipline is preferred.
  • Valid licensure in Oregon as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • At least two (2) years of documented experience providing therapeutic services in clinical settings.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on clear and compassionate interaction with clients and team members.
  • A commitment to continuing education and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of mental health trends.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with telehealth modalities and digital documentation systems is highly advantageous.
  • Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic models, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Solution-Focused Therapy is preferred.
  • Keen understanding of integrated care approaches and experience working in multi-disciplinary teams is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
