This role is designed for a top-tier roofing sales professional who wants more than just another job. You’ll have the ability to sell both insurance and retail projects, pursue high-ticket opportunities, build your own team, and earn additional commission on your team’s production.

Responsibilities:
- Sell residential and commercial roofing projects (insurance and retail)
- Build, train, and lead a high-performing sales team
- Pursue large-scale and multifamily opportunities
- Work company-provided leads along with self-generated business
- Collaborate with production to ensure projects are sold and executed at a high level
Qualifications (If you don’t meet these, this role isn’t for you):
- High integrity — non-negotiable
- Proven track record in roofing sales
- Xactimate experience
- Experience building or managing a sales team
- Strong closing skills with high-ticket projects
- Competitive, self-driven, and financially motivated
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Compensation: $200,000 – $500,000+ per year
