Job description

Position Summary
We're seeking a passionate and innovative coach who is a Registered Dietitian that is well-versed in nutrition, fitness (muscle building, performance, conditioning, recovery) and functional health principles to join our Life Time Health team.
This role will serve as both an entry point for new customers and an opportunity to level-up programming for current customers. The Life Time Health ("LTH" coach) will meet with customers to perform a comprehensive analysis of their starting point, inclusive of symptoms assessment and health history, to then outline the precise next steps in their programming, helping to assemble the right team of professionals to best help.
The position will provide cutting edge, personalized coaching to customers while seamlessly integrating their approach with the rest of the customer's care team and resources, including but not limited to Dynamic Personal Trainers, lab tests, VO2 max and resting metabolic rate data, supplement plans, health care practitioners and more. It requires strong collaboration skills with the internal Life Time teams, along with the ability to deliver both scientific knowledge along with empathetic, behavior-based coaching strategies to our members.
To be successful in this role, LTH coaches must have a deep knowledge of evidence-based nutrition and supplements, a strong understanding of behavior change coaching, a solid background in fitness principles, and ability to apply functional/integrative health principles into client programming. LTH coaches must be able to translate complex information into practical, member-focused content. Content and education-led sales strategies are critical for success in this position.
You'll be a pivotal player in driving excellence in how Life Time delivers personalized, results-driven support. This role plays a critical part in shaping the ecosystem of wellness coaching across the Life Time portfolio.

  • Monitor client success and results
  • Track personal sales of relevant products and services to customers based on their needs, wants and goals

  • Execute timely, clear and thorough communication with clients and client care teams
  • Evaluate and innovate the client experience across their entire program, collaboratively determining ways to provide constant elevation to ensure it's on-brand and premium

  • Write and edit high-quality, science-backed nutrition content for education, marketing, and coaching tools.
  • Represent Life Time Nutrition in internal trainings, team meetings, and special projects requiring expert input.
