About Us
We’re a 45+ year, growing company based in Dedham, MA, and a trusted national provider of:
• First Aid & Safety Equipment
• AED Sales & Service
• CPR, AED & First Aid Training

We partner with businesses and organizations across the country to help them stay prepared and save lives.

️What You’ll Do
No two days look the same and that’s part of the appeal.

• Travel to client locations across New England (and occasionally nationwide)
• Inspect, maintain, and service lifesaving equipment (AEDs, first aid kits, etc.)
• Identify opportunities to recommend additional safety products or services that support your clients’ needs
• Lead CPR, AED, and First Aid trainings for client teams
• Build strong, professional relationships with clients
• Work independently in the field while completing assigned stops efficiently and professionally
• Follow daily route schedules and ensure timely arrival at each stop

Earning Potential Beyond Salary
In addition to your base compensation, you’ll have the opportunity to earn commission on sales generated in the field.

• Identify client needs and recommend additional products or services
• Earn commission for solutions you help bring to your customers
• No aggressive sales quotas, just opportunities to add value and be rewarded for it

• Salary range: $55,000 – $65,000 per year

What You Bring
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Professional, polished appearance and demeanor
• Comfort working independently and managing your time
• Ability to follow schedules and adapt throughout the day
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Comfort with travel, including occasional overnight stays
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, etc.)
• Confidence using GPS/navigation tools

Bonus if you have prior road/field experience—but we’re willing to train the right person.
