Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments of individual clients to understand their unique mental health needs and challenges.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to foster client growth and resilience.
• Deliver individual therapy sessions utilizing techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and other relevant modalities to promote healing and well-being.
• Set clear therapeutic goals with clients and monitor their progress, adapting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Utilize teletherapy technologies for virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility for clients facing geographical or logistical barriers to in-person care.
• Maintain meticulous documentation practices that align with ethical standards and regulatory guidelines, ensuring proper record-keeping for client progress and treatment histories.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, peer consultations, and training to enhance your skills and stay abreast of the latest developments in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our counseling practice serves a diverse population of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults grappling with various challenges such as emotional distress, relationship issues, trauma, and mental health disorders. Counselors will work collaboratively with clients to develop therapeutic strategies that are sensitive to their unique backgrounds and experiences.

Qualifications

• A valid and current state license as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or equivalent.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or closely related disciplines.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to connect with clients in a compassionate and non-judgmental manner.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively handle a caseload and meet client needs.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
