Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and evaluations to understand the mental health needs of your clients thoroughly.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with clients' unique goals, promoting their overall growth.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to address individual needs.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation to comply with ethical and legal standards, ensuring high-quality care.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your competencies and keep abreast of the latest therapeutic trends.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LMFT at Life Reconcile Solutions, you will work with a diverse range of clients grappling with issues such as trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, and other mental health disorders. Our client-centric approach means you will build trusting therapeutic relationships, ensuring that each client feels seen, heard, and validated throughout their healing process. Furthermore, you will provide both individual and group therapy sessions, contributing to a holistic therapeutic experience.

Qualifications

• A valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster a secure and therapeutic relationship with clients.
• Demonstrated empathy and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients' experiences.

Compensation and Benefits

• The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000, based on experience and credentials.
