Producer Recruiting:

  • Recruit experienced and entrylevel life insurance producers aligned with HolaSeguros' target markets and growth strategy
  • Build and maintain a consistent recruiting pipeline through outbound activity, referrals, events, and strategic partnerships
  • Screen, interview, and qualify producers to ensure cultural fit and longterm production potential
  • Represent HolaSeguros at recruiting events, producer meetings, webinars, and industry functions

Producer Onboarding, Training & Enablement:

  • Own the endtoend onboarding experience for new life producers, including licensing guidance, contracting coordination, and readiness to sell
  • Partner with training and product teams at carrier partners to support life insurance education, including product knowledge, underwriting basics, and sales process
  • Ensure producers have the tools, resources, and support needed to submit business efficiently and compliantly

Performance & Pipeline Management:

  • Track recruiting, onboarding, and producer development activity using approved reporting and CRM tools.
  • Monitor early production performance and proactively address gaps in engagement or results.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership on recruiting progress, producer conversion, and life production outcomes.
  • Collaborate crossfunctionally to improve recruiting messaging, producer experience, and sales effectiveness.

Preferred Experience:

  • Hands-on experience in both health and life insurance distribution
  • Proven success converting producers from one product line to another
  • Experience serving Hispanic or multicultural markets. Access to an extensive network of contacts and prospective producers.
