Forklift Operator / Line Support Warehouse Associate

We are hiring Forklift Operators / Warehouse Associates to support on‑site automotive logistics operations at a major vehicle manufacturing facility in Madison, AL. This role is critical to production and focuses on kitting parts and replenishing the assembly line to keep operations running smoothly.

If you have forklift experience and enjoy hands‑on, fast‑paced work that directly supports manufacturing, this is a strong long‑term opportunity.

    • 7:00 AM – 3:45 PM
    • $20.83/hour
    • 2nd Shift
      • 7:00 PM – 3:45 AM
      • $21.83/hour

      (Shift availability based on openings)


      What You’ll Be Doing
      • Operate forklifts to move, stage, and deliver parts throughout the facility
      • Kit parts and materials for production based on assembly line needs
      • Replenish assembly line locations to prevent downtime
      • Load, unload, and transport automotive components safely
      • Follow material flow schedules and production priorities
      • Support general warehouse and logistics operations as needed
      • Maintain a clean, organized, and safety‑focused work area

      What We’re Looking For
      • Forklift experience required (sit‑down or stand‑up) - 1 year minimum
      • Experience with line feeding, kitting, or material replenishment preferred
      • Previous warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing experience a plus
      • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, production‑driven environment
      • Strong attendance, reliability, and attention to detail
      • Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods as required

      Job Type & Location

      This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tanner, AL.

      Pay and Benefits

      The pay range for this position is $20.83 - $21.83/hr.

      Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
