Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to develop customized treatment and crisis intervention plans that meet their unique needs.
• Prepare and maintain detailed documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring timely completion of all required reports.
• Implement evidence-based screening tools, collaborating with clinical teams to ensure rigorous evaluation of client mental health needs.

• Engage actively in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold quality standards across services.
• Act as a liaison, establishing effective partnerships with state agencies, service systems, and community organizations to enhance client support services.
• Foster open communication channels to ensure compliance with contract standards and promote Life Healing Counseling's mission throughout the community.
• Leverage relationships with local, state, federal, and private organizations to advocate for program promotion and secure new partnership opportunities.
• Pursue professional development opportunities, including attending conferences, facilitating workshops, and representing the organization at statewide meetings.
• Embrace and integrate our agency's mission, values, and principles in all interactions and treatment provisions.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the Clinic Director to support ongoing operational goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working with a varied clientele that includes individuals facing emotional challenges, those recovering from substance use, and clients with developmental disabilities or brain injuries. Your role will be crucial in providing trauma-informed care and promoting client autonomy through evidence-based interventions and supportive relationships. Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is a mandatory requirement.

Compensation and Benefits
