Chiropractic Rehab Specialist

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour | Full-Time | 4-Day Work Week

Life Aligned Wellness Center is looking for a Chiropractic Rehab Specialist to help patients restore function, improve movement, and achieve better health through rehabilitation, movement therapy, spinal decompression, and chiropractic care.

This is a hands-on position working directly with patients as they progress through personalized rehabilitation and recovery programs. You'll play an important role in helping patients stay engaged, motivated, and successful throughout their care.

We are looking for someone who already knows they enjoy working directly with people and helping others improve their health. This is not an entry-level position and it's not a temporary stepping stone. We are looking for a mature, dependable professional who is seeking a long-term career opportunity.

What You'll Do

• Guide patients through rehabilitation exercises and movement programs
• Set patients up on spinal decompression equipment according to office protocols
• Support chiropractic care plans and patient progress
• Encourage, educate, and motivate patients throughout their recovery
• Work closely with the doctor and clinical team to deliver exceptional patient experiences
• Monitor patient participation and provide feedback regarding progress
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional rehab environment
• Assist with therapeutic procedures and patient care activities as needed
