Job description
We're looking for a talented Defense Attorney in Atlanta, GA with 2+ years of direct experience in insurance defense including: premises liability, transportation and catastrophic injuries.
Firm Overview
They've been a fixture in Georgia for 30+ years and offer a collaborative, hybrid environment with a killer bonus plan.
Role Overview
- Can you manage a caseload of civil litigation files from inception through trial?
- Can you draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests?
- Can you take and defend depositions?
- Can you represent clients in court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings?
Qualifications
- 2+ years of civil litigation experience
- Premises liability, transportation and catastrophic injury experience is a plus
- Juris Doctorate is REQUIRED
- Admitted to practice law in Georgia
