We are seeking a talented and passionate Baker/Pastry Production Lead to join our culinary team! The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and experienced in preparing high-quality pastries, desserts, breads, and specialty baked goods. This role requires a commitment to excellence, consistency, and maintaining the highest food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, cakes, breads, cookies, and desserts.
• Develop seasonal menus and create new dessert recipes.
• Decorate pastries and cakes with precision and creativity.
• Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation.
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and minimize food waste.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff as needed.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to support special events and menu planning.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef, Baker, or similar role.
• Formal culinary or pastry training is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and dessert presentation.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for pastry arts.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Spanish speaking a plus, not required
