Are you a motivated sales professional who thrives on building relationships, solving problems, and driving business growth? Liberty Technology Group is seeking a results-driven Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and manage new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals

  • Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand client needs and design tailored technology solutions

  • Collaborate with our engineering and project teams to deliver seamless client onboarding and support

  • Build long-term relationships with businesses across multiple industries (including healthcare, hospitality, construction, and professional services)

  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven track record in B2B sales or business development (technology sales experience a plus, but not required)

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial spirit with a drive to succeed

  • Ability to translate complex technology into clear business value for clients

  • Coachable, adaptable, and excited to grow with a fast-moving company
