About the Job X-Ray Technician

Position: X-Ray Technologist Location: Dayton, OH Employment Type: Full-Time (Day and Night Shifts Available) Facility Type: Hospital Setting Compensation: Competitive pay with up to $30,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available

About the Role We are actively seeking ARRT-certified General X-Ray Technologists to join a top-tier hospital system in Dayton, OH. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals looking to contribute to high-quality patient care in a collaborative and stable clinical environment. Candidates should demonstrate strong attention to detail, technical competency, and a patient-centered approach to care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of general radiographic procedures including inpatient, outpatient, emergency, and portable exams
  • Ensure adherence to ALARA principles and proper positioning techniques
  • Collaborate with radiologists and care teams to assist in accurate diagnosis and treatment planning
  • Maintain precise and timely documentation within electronic health records
  • Deliver clear communication and empathetic support to patients throughout the imaging process
  • Operate radiographic equipment in accordance with safety standards and facility protocols

Qualifications

  • Current ARRT certification in Radiography (R)
  • Valid Ohio Radiologic License
  • Strong interpersonal and patient service skills
  • Ability to work effectively in high-volume clinical settings
  • Familiarity with digital imaging systems and hospital-based workflow
  • New graduates will be considered; mentorship may be available
