Job description

Job Summary:
AA2IT is a company seeking a Field Service Technician to provide IT support primarily in the field. The role involves responding to dispatch calls and delivering general IT support to various customers, including retailers and banks.
Responsibilities:
• IT field technician work.
• Worker will be in the field answering dispatch calls (breakfix and Imac) providing general IT support to multiple customers (retailers, banks, etc).
• Level of support will vary depending on customer, but do expect printer, laptop, server, network, switches support, among others.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Skills in working with customers
• Technical aptitude
• Must have hands on field tech experience, no helpdesk
• 2-5 years of experience
Preferred:
• A+ certification is good to have
• Lexmark certs
• Experience with Lexmark printer break-fix and equipment installs a plus
• Client Dell Lenovo also desired
