About the Role:

As the Manufacturing Engineering Manager, you will lead and develop a team of Manufacturing Engineers while driving automation, capital projects, process improvements, and operational excellence across our manufacturing operations. This role serves as a key technical and people leader, partnering with Operations, Quality, Product Development, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to implement innovative solutions that improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost performance. Success in this role requires strong leadership, project management, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, along with a passion for developing talent and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

This is an on-site position located in Coon Rapids, Minnesota.

The pay range for this role is $108,000 to $130,000 depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related engineering discipline. Equivalent combinations of education and relevant manufacturing engineering experience will be considered.
  • At least 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience with progressive responsibility in process improvement, automation, capital projects, and engineering leadership.
  • Proven experience leading and developing technical teams through coaching, performance management, and talent development.
  • Experience managing capital projects from concept through implementation, including equipment specification, vendor management, installation, startup, and validation.
  • Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement methodologies, and structured problem-solving practices.
