Role Description The Runner role at Lewis Thomason, P.C. is a full-time, on-site position based in Nashville, TN. The Runner supports the firm’s daily operations by handling internal and external deliveries, including court filings, mail, packages, and legal documents. Typical responsibilities include organizing and distributing incoming mail, preparing outgoing deliveries, and maintaining accurate logs of runs and errands. The Runner may assist with basic office tasks such as stocking supplies, setting up meeting rooms, and helping staff with document pick-up and drop-off needs. This position requires professionalism when interacting with court personnel, clients, and vendors, and a reliable, detail-oriented approach to time-sensitive assignments.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management abilities, with capacity to prioritize multiple errands and tasks.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license, with a clean driving record suitable for frequent local travel.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling, tracking, and delivering sensitive documents and mail.
• Professional communication skills for interacting with attorneys, staff, court personnel, and external partners.
• Ability to lift and carry packages or materials as needed and move efficiently throughout the office and local area.
