Levo Resources is partnering with a boutique estate planning law firm in South Florida to fill a Senior Estate Planning Attorney seat with an existing book of business and real support behind you. This is a role for an experienced attorney who wants to practice law without running the business side of a firm.
About the role
You'll step into one of three attorney seats, working directly with clients on estate planning, probate, and residential and commercial real estate closings. You'll have your own paralegal and won't be expected to manage staff or handle heavy administrative work. All non-legal operations run through the COO, so your time stays focused on client work and case strategy. The team runs daily huddles, so there's a rhythm of delegating and staying aligned rather than working in isolation.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload across estate planning, probate, and real estate closings
- Meet directly with clients to understand their goals and design plans around them
- Draft and review wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
- Delegate drafting and administrative tasks to your paralegal and review their work
- Supervise probate and trust administration matters through to completion
- Participate in daily team huddles to keep cases moving and hand off work where needed
Ideal Qualifications:
- Active Florida law license (all clients are based in Florida)
- Solid experience in estate planning, probate, or real estate closings; comfortable running your own caseload with minimal oversight
- Strong communication skills, especially with clients navigating stressful or emotional situations
- Comfort delegating to paralegals and staying accountable for the outcome
- Prior experience running your own practice or book of business is a plus, not a requirement
Benefits:
- Paid time off (10 days)
- Short-term and long-term disability and life insurance
- Stipend toward health insurance
- A built-in support structure: paralegal support, no staff management, no heavy admin
