As Head Receptionist, you will have the opportunity to: Plan, organize, direct, coordinate and evaluate the activities and staff of the reception department; Supporting the residence director in several tasks; Closely monitor the entry and exit of residents and visitors to ensure the safety of people and premises; Respond to requests from visitors and residents at reception, by telephone and/or intercom; Perform various administrative tasks using records and computers; All other related tasks. Experiences and training: Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) in secretarial studies (an asset); Three (3) years of experience in similar tasks; One (1) year of experience in personnel management and supervision; Availability for replacement in case of unforeseen circumstances or emergencies; Proficiency in working with computer and electronic tools (Word, Excel, Outlook and Access); Excellent knowledge of spoken and written French; Practical knowledge of spoken and written English; Demonstrate patience, kindness, and active listening; Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously; To love people of a certain age.
