• Train your team using Cheba Hut’s systems and procedures
• Recruit, hire, and train to meet business volume needs
• Conduct all-staff development meetings and performance evaluations
• Provide shoulder-to-shoulder coaching and in-the-moment feedback
• Identify talent and foster growth

KEEP IT REAL - Shared Vision:

• Hold bi-weekly manager meetings to keep your leadership team focused and vision clear

OWN IT - Financial Expectations & Process Management:

• Manage food, beverage, labor, and controllable costs per store budget
• Practice proper payroll and accounting with integrity
• Perform duties timely and submit documentation as required

Physical Requirements:

• Stand for long periods
• Stamina for 10-hour shifts
• Good mobility
• Lift up to 50 lbs
