Suncovia Solar is looking for telemarketers that have a minimum of 3 years experience to join our high-energy team! In this role, you will be using our dialer system to connect with potential customers interested in switching to solar. Your job is to screen and qualify leads before scheduling them for a consultation with our sales team.

What You’ll Do:

• Use our dialer system to reach out to potential solar customers
• Screen leads to ensure they qualify for solar installation
• Schedule appointments for our sales representatives
• Earn $15/hr + aggressive commissions on every closed deal
• Advance your career in the fast-growing solar industry

What We’re Looking For:

• Experienced telemarketers with a track record in phone-based sales
• Ability to ask qualifying questions and determine customer eligibility
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented individuals
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Monday – Friday availability in our North Scottsdale office
• Solar experience is a plus!
