Their Labour & Employment Practice Group is seeking to hire an attorney to join their Rochester, NY office, or remotely. The successful candidate could be an associate-level position (on partner track) or a department attorney position (non-partner track). They’re flexible for the right candidate.

The ideal candidate will have experience counselling employers on aspects of labour and employment law in various industries. Qualified candidates will be motivated self-starters with stellar academic credentials, superb judgement and communication skills, and a commitment to excellence.
