An Unarmed Security Guard plays a vital role in maintaining safety and security by monitoring premises, controlling access, and enforcing safety protocols. Typically working 8- to 12-hour shifts either solo or within small teams, this role is central to preventing incidents and ensuring a secure environment without direct interaction with law enforcement.

Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned areas to detect and deter suspicious activity
• Control access to premises by verifying credentials
• Report incidents and irregularities accurately and promptly
• Enforce safety rules and company policies
• Resolve conflicts calmly and professionally
• Conduct security inspections to identify potential vulnerabilities

Required Qualifications

• Valid Security Guard License
