Legacy Wholesale Group is a growing, family-owned distribution company serving restaurants and businesses throughout Arizona. We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and organized Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and assist customers in Spanish and English
• Greet customers, vendors, and visitors
• Enter orders and process payments accurately
• Provide product, order, and delivery information
• Coordinate with office, warehouse, sales, and delivery teams
• Perform general filing, data entry, and administrative tasks

Qualifications

• Fluent Spanish and English required
• Strong customer-service and communication skills
• Dependable, punctual, organized, and detail-oriented
• Basic computer and data-entry skills
• Previous receptionist or customer-service experience preferred
