Dispatch Coordinator - San Jose (On-site, Full-time, Non-Exempt)
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour, DOE

Supports and assists daily dispatch activity for San Jose Local Operations, including driver communication, paperwork, and order updates.

Key Responsibilities
• Assists the supervisor in executing the daily workflow.
• Printing of documents pertaining to daily operations.
• Assists in collecting and ensuring accuracy of driver paperwork.
• Composes and types routine correspondence.
• Communicates with other departments.
• Makes copies of printed materials.
• Submits required paperwork to Billing daily.
• Monitors driver and shipment status throughout the day and communicates delays, service issues, or operational changes to the supervisor.
• Tracks scheduled pickups and deliveries and follows up as needed to support timely completion of daily work.
• Maintains accurate dispatch and order status information in company systems and ensures operational changes are documented in a timely manner.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
