The General Manager (GM) is the senior operational leader responsible for the overall performance, profitability, growth, and strategic direction of the business. The GM oversees all aspects of the business, including operations, preconstruction, estimating, project management, field operations, safety, quality, business development, finance, and talent management.

The GM is accountable for delivering exceptional project outcomes while achieving revenue, profitability, safety, and client satisfaction goals. This role requires an experienced construction executive capable of leading complex commercial projects ranging from $10 million to over $500 million while managing multiple business units, project teams, and executive leaders.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Engineering Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

• 15+ years of progressively responsible experience in commercial construction.
• 10+ years in senior operational leadership.
• Experience managing multiple project teams and business units.
• Full P&L responsibility.
• Experience leading commercial projects exceeding $50 million.
• Strong background in estimating, operations, project management, and business development.

Physical Requirements
