RequirementsPrevious experience in medical or dental office administrative support.
Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to review and manage documentation accurately.
Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality.
Proficiency with multi-line phone systems and basic clerical tasks.
Manage patient appointments using scheduling software to optimize daily workflow.
Review and verify documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with HIPAA standards.
Handle patient inquiries via phone, providing courteous and professional assistance.
Maintain organized patient records, ensuring timely filing and confidentiality.
Support front desk operations, including multi-line phone management, patient intake, and clerical tasks.
Assist with patient scheduling, rescheduling, and follow-up to ensure efficient clinic operations.
Jobley Bonus: $75 (awarded to candidates hired through Jobley)
Shift & ScheduleTuesday: 8 AM–2 PM
Wednesday: 8 AM–2 PM
Thursday: 8 AM–2 PM
Monday: 8 AM–2 PM
Off days: Friday, Saturday, Sunday
