We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Responsibilities include:

• Greeting customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Managing appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assisting in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engaging in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Providing excellent customer service and following up on customers needs.
• Supporting the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

Qualifications include:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

• We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, and Health Insurance.
• Our office is located in Virginia Beach, VA.
• Our office is open 9am-5pm.
• Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
