  • Utilize AI-enabled tools and automation technologies to improve reporting and analysis
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Present findings and recommendations to business leaders in a clear and actionable manner

What Makes You Successful

You also

  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Balance attention to detail with an understanding of broader business objectives
  • Thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Take ownership of your work and follow through on commitments
  • Continuously seek ways to improve processes, systems, and reporting

Qualifications
Required

  • Experience working with ERP/MRP systems
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred

  • Power BI or similar business intelligence/dashboarding tools
  • Experience with:
    • Forecasting
    • Safety stock planning
    • Inventory segmentation
    • MRP/MPS processes
    • SIOP/S&OP
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to improve analysis, reporting, or automation
  • APICS CPIM or CSCP certification

Why Leatherman?
At Leatherman, you'll work alongside talented people who care deeply about quality, innovation, and continuous improvement.
We offer
