Leather Spa® is seeking an experienced Full Time Customer Service Representative for one of our boutiques located in Manhattan. We provide shoe, handbag and garment repair, alterations, and leather cleaning services.

We have a passion for client services and fashion. Our customer reps play a crucial role consistently providing a superior level of service to our clients, while increasing client conversion and retention, drive business revenue, and inspire customer loyalty.

2+ years of consistent customer service and/or retail experience in an after-sales environment is needed

Knowledge of footwear / handbags / leather accessories / garments

Knowledge in repair and/or cleaning of leather is a major plus

Highly organized and detail oriented, strong time and project management skills.

Excellent communication skills, professional maturity, and emotional intelligence.

Punctual, Problem Solving and proactive

Proficiency with Gmail and Point of Sale Systems

Open availability, weekends and holidays are a must.

Full Time Position - Must also be available Weekends

Yearly Pay Starting $43K to $50K

+10% Commission on sales of Leather Care Products, accessories and innersoles.
