Learn to Drive is one of Arizona's fastest-growing driver education companies. We are seeking patient, professional, and safety-focused Driving Instructors to help teens and adults become safe, confident, and responsible drivers.

What You'll Do

• Conduct behind-the-wheel driving lessons for teen and adult students
• Teach defensive driving techniques and safe driving habits
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback
• Maintain professionalism and create a positive learning environment
• Complete lesson documentation and student progress reports
• Ensure compliance with all Arizona driving school regulations
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and Learn to Drive staff

Required Qualifications

• Valid Arizona Driver License
• Clean driving record
• Minimum age of 21
• Ability to pass background screening
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous teaching, coaching, training, mentoring, or driving instruction experience
• Experience working with teenagers and young adults
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Flexible weekday, evening, and weekend availability
