Leap29 are supporting a client, who is a leading energy infrastructure developer, and are seeking a Project Scheduler / Planner to support the delivery of power generation projects within the data centre sector.

Project Scheduler / Planner

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
• Coordinate resources, project milestones, and delivery timelines.
• Monitor project progress and provide schedule updates to stakeholders.
• Identify scheduling risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Work closely with engineering, construction, and operational teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline. Equivalent relevant experience will also be considered.
• Minimum of 8 years' experience in project scheduling, planning, or project coordination.
• Background within power systems, gas power generation, renewable energy, large-scale infrastructure, or related construction environments is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6 (preferred) and/or Microsoft Project.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, oversee multiple projects simultaneously, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of industry regulations, health & safety standards, and environmental compliance requirements.
