Total Compensation: $55,000 base / $87,600+ OTE (uncapped commissions)
Hiring Locations: Must be based in Baltimore, MD or Columbia, MD Markets.
Work Schedule: This is a hybrid position. 2 days in office in Columbia, MD (Tuesday & Wednesday) and 3 days working remotely.
Position Overview
The Business Development Representative (BDR) identifies and qualifies leads, schedules product demos, and books meetings for our Account Executives through proactive outbound and inbound efforts. Using a modern sales tech stack, BDRs are accountable for consistent activity and opportunity generation. In addition to remote outreach, BDRs attend regional trade shows and industry events to generate leads and build brand awareness in person.
Success in this role requires a competitive drive, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
