Lean Shared Services

Lean Shared Services, LLC is seeking an experienced and highly organized Special Projects Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives that improve operations, organizational growth, workforce practices, marketing, and customer experience.

This position works closely with executive leadership and business managers to evaluate operational and organizational needs, recommend practical solutions, and lead approved projects from initial assessment through implementation and results reporting. This is an individual-contributor role and does not currently include direct supervision of employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead special projects and operational improvement initiatives.

• Evaluate workflows and recommend improvements to efficiency, consistency, customer experience, and financial performance.

• Develop standard operating procedures, implementation plans, and repeatable organizational processes.

• Coordinate projects involving multiple departments and business functions.

• Develop and implement marketing, community outreach, customer engagement, and business-growth initiatives.

• Review applications, conduct candidate interviews, and provide hiring recommendations for Lean Shared Services positions.

• Improve recruiting, onboarding, employee feedback, and retention processes.

• Develop and facilitate employee and manager training programs and materials.

• Evaluate customer communication, service delivery, feedback, and follow-up processes.

• Track project objectives, milestones, outcomes, and areas for continued improvement.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in business operations, management, workforce development, customer service, marketing, healthcare, or a related field.

• Demonstrated ability to identify problems and implement practical solutions.

• Strong communication, interviewing, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities.

• Strong organizational, analytical, and follow-through skills.

• Ability to work independently and maintain accountability for project outcomes.

• Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential business and employee information.

Position Details

• Full-time, exempt position

• Salary: $60,000 annually

• Primarily performed in an office environment

• Occasional local travel to off-site locations may be required
