Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers across multiple communication channels including phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide timely support.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering consistent, high-quality service that fosters trust and loyalty.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the company's CRM system, ensuring records are complete and up to date.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues efficiently and effectively.
- Identify customer needs and proactively communicate relevant information, solutions, or resources to enhance their experience.
- Monitor customer feedback and contribute insights to help improve service processes and overall satisfaction.
- Execute follow-up communications to ensure customer concerns have been fully resolved and expectations have been met.
- Support team goals by meeting or exceeding individual performance metrics related to response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
- Ability to work on-site at our Monument, CO location; remote work is not available for this role.

Technical Skills
