Account Manager- Sales Representative
LeaderPromos Marketing Agency, an innovative force in the promotional marketing industry (PPAI #20, ASI Top 40), offers custom branded products that drive brand visibility. Our strategic, collaborative approach involves deeply understanding our clients' brands and marketing goals to create tailored solutions that not only meet but exceed their expectations.
As an Account Manager, you'll drive growth within LeaderPromos' key global enterprise accounts. This includes partnering directly with clients to understand their business objectives, identify their unique needs, and develop innovative, brand-aligned promotional solutions. You'll expand our contractual business by cultivating relationships with existing stakeholders, identifying and engaging new stakeholders, and managing the sales order process for seamless execution.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert guidance to clients on branded merchandise strategies.
  • Cultivate relationships within key business areas to expand account integration and drive growth.
  • Proactively identify key stakeholders within assigned accounts to understand their current and future promotional needs.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews to analyze account performance and uncover new sales opportunities.
  • Leverage LeaderPromos' preferred supplier network to source products and recommend promotional solutions aligned with client branding and marketing objectives.
  • Maintain meticulous CRM records of all sales activities, including opportunities, presentations, quotes, and orders.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through consistent follow-up on quotes, samples, and orders.
  • Collaborate with Global Enterprise Account Coordinators to execute client projects within SLAs, delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Provide strategic oversight and guidance for e-commerce webstores in partnership with the program team.
  • Manage client expectations throughout the web program strategies
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
  • Deep understanding of branded merchandise, encompassing hard/soft goods and decoration techniques, and effective sales strategies.
  • Proven ability to hunt for new business and build strong client relationships (Sales Navigator,
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experienced with a variety of CRM platforms, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, CommonSKU, and ESP.
  • Highly organized and adept at prioritization and time management, utilizing tools like Monday.com.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, including experience with tools like Canva, Gemini, Copilot, and ChatGPT.
  • Adaptable to both independent and collaborative work styles.
