What You'll Be Doing

As a Sales Associate at Le Pink Chateau, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting every customer with a warm and friendly hello.
• Assisting shoppers in selecting outfits that make them feel confident and stylish.
• Operating the cash register and point-of-sale (POS) system with accuracy.
• Processing cash and card payments, as well as handling returns and exchanges.
• Restocking shelves and keeping the sales floor neat and organized.
• Sharing information about current sales, promotions, and special offers.
• Fulfilling online orders to ensure timely delivery to our customers.

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

• A high school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail.
• Strong communication skills, including good talking and listening abilities.
• A friendly and helpful attitude that makes customers feel valued.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions.
• The ability to stand for long hours and lift light boxes as needed.
• Flexibility to work weekends or holidays when required.
