Civil Project Manager

At LDC, Inc., you will manage land development projects from design through construction while building strong client relationships and supporting team performance. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality work that reflects our commitment to Service Above the Standard.
For over 23 years, LDC has delivered high-quality civil engineering solutions across the Pacific Northwest. As we continue to grow, we are seeking project managers who take ownership of their work, communicate effectively with clients, and contribute to successful project delivery.
Position Overview
You are responsible for managing the design and execution of residential and commercial development projects, overseeing project performance, coordinating technical staff, and serving as a primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget expectations are met. This role requires strong communication skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to lead project teams effectively.
Reports to: President or Senior Vice President, with day-to-day oversight from Principal Engineers
